If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

At Dakota Bleu & Co. we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your handcrafted candles or candle accessories, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Eligibility:

    • You may return or exchange your product within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

  • Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@dakotableu.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

    • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

  • Replacement or Store Credit:

    • For returns due to manufacturing defects, damages during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, we will happily provide a replacement at no additional cost.

    • If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the full purchase price, including any shipping fees paid.

    • Store credit will be provided in the form of a gift card that can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds to the original payment method are only available for returns of defective or damaged items that cannot be replaced.

    • Refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Return Shipping:

    • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

    • If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that Dakota Bleu & Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or if the return is requested beyond the 30-day window.

Dakota Bleu & Co. accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express.  Payment is due at the time of purchase.  Whole Orders require half of the total purchase when the order is accepted
